East Fork Bread is a small artisan bakery focused on naturally leavened breads made with organic, locally sourced grains. Every loaf is slow fermented, hearth baked, and crafted for exceptional flavor, texture, and shelf life.
We bake in small batches and work closely with our partners to deliver consistent, high-quality bread to grocery stores, cafés, kitchens, farmstores, and restaurants in Western Massachusetts.
